Returns
You may request a return within 12 hours of delivery for fresh items (such as chicken and other poultry). After this period, fresh items are non-returnable due to the perishable nature of the products.
For all other items, returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, returns will not be accepted, but exchanges may still be possible for certain eligible products.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Exchanges
